Parts Town Parent Buys Europe’s REPA Group

PT Holdings, the parent of Parts Town, Addison, Ill., announced Jan. 18 that it has acquired REPA Group, a Munich, Germany-based foodservice equipment parts distributor with operations across Europe and other parts of the world.
