French appliance manufacturer Groupe SEB, which already owns Switzerland-based espresso and coffee equipment brands WMF and Schaerer, announced Jan. 8 that it will acquire Wilbur Curtis, the Montebello, Calif.-based manufacturer of a wide range of coffee, tea and frozen beverage equipment.
