Now here’s some decent news on the inflation front for foodservice operators. Wholesale food prices were essentially flat in June, month-over-month, rising only 0.1% at the final demand stage and 0.2% at both intermediate stages of production. This comes from the latest Producer Price Index data released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics July 14….
