Welbilt Plans To Sell Manitowoc Ice To Pentair

Welbilt Inc., Port Richey, Fla., announced Feb. 3 that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Manitowoc Ice division to Pentair plc for $1.6 billion in cash, pending approvals.
