One of the (slightly) encouraging data points in the Baird 4Q-21 E&S Market Survey was the number of respondents reporting some improvement in supply-chain issues, with 64% saying supply chain/lead times were significantly or modestly worse compared with 89% in the 3Q-21 survey.
