There has been a lot of press around all the new chicken sandwiches being introduced, not just in QSR concepts but throughout the foodservice market. And according to NPD CREST consumer studies, orders of chicken sandwiches did grow 8% in 2020. This growth came in spite of a double-digit decline in restaurant visits last year….
