Steelite Int’l., based in New Castle, Pa., and Stoke-on-Trent, U.K., announced May 22 that it closed a purchase agreement May 17 to acquire the assets of D.W. Haber & Son, the Bronx, N.Y.-based maker and designer of metal servingware and buffetware. The deal includes Haber and the company’s Kenny Mack Designs. From Steelite company release….
