Restaurants Canada Sees Slowing Foodservice Sales Growth In 2023

Restaurants Canada has trimmed its projection of 2023 commercial foodservice sales in its latest quarterly forecast. The association now sees nominal sales growth of 6.5% with real growth of only 0.8% once menu-price inflation of 5.6% is factored in.
