The Canadian foodservice association expects current dollar sales to slow from a preliminary estimate of 5.3% in 2018. But menu price inflation has been much stronger in Canada than the U.S. and the group calculates real growth of only 0.8% last year, the slowest growth since 2011. Real growth for 2019 is forecast at 1.4%….
