The Restaurant Canada Outlook Survey has reported that the differential between restaurant operators reporting lower same-store sales and those seeing gains continued negative in the 4Q/19 survey. After the differential narrowed a bit 3Q/19, it expanded again 4Q. Those reporting comp declines rose to 39%, the second-highest level since RC launched the survey in 2011….
