Resolution Introduced In Congress To Block NLRB Joint-Employer Ruling


Michigan Congressman John James (R-Mich.) has introduced a Congressional Review Act resolution that would effectively block the recent reinstatement of joint-employer liability by the National Labor Relations Board.
