American Range, the Pacoima, Calif.-based manufacturer of foodservice cooking equipment, has named Danielle Brach as a sales account executive. Brach has spent the past five-and-a-half years as regional sales manager West and national sales manager for Nemco. She earlier spent more than five years as a regional sales manager of Welbilt brand Moffat and began her career in marketing and communications at another Welbilt brand, Ice-O-Matic.

Atosa USA, the Brea, Calif.-based supplier of foodservice refrigeration and cooking equipment, has announced the appointment of Thomas Nelson a regional sales manager for New England. Hoshizaki America, the Peachtree, City, Ga.-based division of the global foodservice equipment manufacturer, announced Nov. 22 the promotion of Sean Evans to regional sales director for the South-Central region. Evans has spent the past four years as an area sales manager for the company.
He previously served nearly two years as national service and training manager for Blueair, and nearly five years as a regional and store manager for Baker Distributing. He began working with refrigeration while in the US Air Force.

Arturo Marchand has joined Middleby brand TurboChef/CookTek, based in Carrollton, Texas, as regional vp and corporate chef for the Northeast.
A trained chef with more than two decades of foodservice experience, he held numerous chef and executive chef roles in restaurants, and with Aramark and Southern Foodservice Management, Marchand joined Griffin Marketing, the Salisbury, N.C., manufacturers’ rep firm in 2014, where he mostly recently was an outside sales rep and partner.
According to the release announcing his appointment, Marchands’ extensive experience allows him to work seamlessly with clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering partnerships and driving business growth through his knowledge of culinary trends, client needs, and market dynamics.” From a company release.
Under Senior VP of Sales & Marketing Leslie Banados, TurboChef has been filling out a network of regional vps and corporate chefs to work with operators on selecting and tailoring the brands’ equipment to specific menus and operational situations.
In a LinkedIn post announcing Marchand’s appointment, she said, “Our sales team is now complete!!! So excited for this next chapter of growth! Glad to have Arturo “Ique” Marchand, CFSP join our team!”
Griffin Marketing, where Marchand spent nearly a decade, is the Middleby rep in the Carolinas. Marchand is very familiar with the products.
Charles Robinson Jr. has been named director of operations for Electrolux Professional Americas at its Vicksburg, Miss., manufacturing facility.
Robinson previously spent more than 16 years at Nissan’s Canton, Miss., factory in various operations roles. He also served in the US Air Force and Air National Guard.

Polar Leasing, the Ft. Wayne, Ind.-based lessor of walk-in freezers and refrigerators, announced Nov. 19 that Ashley Ellis has joined the organization as an inside sales representative. In this role, she will assist customers with commercial refrigeration and walk-in rental needs.
