The National Restaurant Assn. released the results of another in its series of operator surveys—its seventh—that assess the impact of the Covid pandemic on restaurants. NRA now estimates 90,000 restaurants remain completely closed either permanently or for the long-term. That’s actually good news, as previous NRA estimates of closures have run as high as 120,000….
