Odensk, Denmark-based Micro Matic, a global manufacturer of beverage dispensing technologies, announced Aug. 1 that it has acquired Disptek Group, another global beverage dispensing technology manufacturer, from Aalberts N.V., based in Utrecht, Netherlands.
