Crude oil prices mostly continued to fall last week, though there was a bit of an uptick later in the week. The price of West Texas Intermediate crude fell to $54 a barrel on Tuesday, its lowest price in a year. Falling crude prices drove gasoline prices down another six cents in the past week….
