Consumer retail platform Yelp has released data which show 17% of the 140,000 businesses that are marked “closed” on its websites are restaurants; 53% of the closed restaurants say they are closed permanently. The data is through June 15 and uses March 1 as the base date, before any of the stay-at-home orders took effect….
