The date is now set for this year’s Ashton Report E&S Market Forecast. The annual seminar, via Zoom, is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2025. The event is one day, running from 9 a.m. to approximately 1 p.m. Parts Town is once again the exclusive sponsor of this annual event, now in its 20th consecutive year
The meeting will, as always, provide in-depth analysis and an overview of trends driving the foodservice equipment and supplies market. It includes our hard-number forecasts of E&S industry growth and lots more. We will continue to have guest speakers who will address issues including operator trends, materials pricing trends, logistics and supply chain trends (all three are especially important this year). Parts Town will provide insights into how its initiatives and innovations continue to support the E&S market. Our friends from MAFSI, R.W. Baird, and consultant Peter Backman from the UK will be on hand with the latest market data and trends. John Muldowney, my forecast partner since 2000, will once again lend his insight.
